Before enrolling in the EXILERATE℠ Advanced Skydive Training (AST) Program or submitting any tuition, registration, or enrollment payment, prospective Students are required to contact the School by telephone at +1 (702) 720-6250 or by email to schedule a pre-enrollment consultation with the School.

The purpose of this pre-enrollment consultation is to discuss the Student’s anticipated training schedule, availability, work obligations, vacations, travel plans, educational commitments, military obligations, medical procedures, competitions, relocation plans, and any other scheduling limitations or personal circumstances that may affect the Student’s ability to successfully complete the AST Program. This consultation is intended to identify potential scheduling conflicts, explain how the AST Program operates, establish realistic training expectations, explain the proficiency-based nature of the program, and help determine whether the AST Program is compatible with the Student’s anticipated availability and personal schedule.

Students are strongly advised not to enroll or submit any enrollment tuition payment until this consultation has been completed. Failure to communicate scheduling limitations or personal commitments and or expectations before enrollment does not obligate the School to modify its operational schedule, provide preferential scheduling, reserve specific training dates, accelerate training, assign specific instructors, reserve specific equipment, alter the training sequence of other Students, or otherwise accommodate the Student’s personal schedule after enrollment.

Students who require completion of the AST Program by a specific date because of vacations, employment, military service, educational commitments, travel, medical procedures, competitions, relocation, or any other personal commitment should carefully determine whether the AST Program is compatible with their personal schedule before enrolling.

Students acknowledge and understand that skydiving education and training are conducted according to safety requirements, demonstrated student proficiency, weather conditions suitable for student operations, FAA regulations, USPA Basic Safety Requirements (BSRs) & recommendations, School safety policies, aircraft availability, instructor availability, equipment availability, aircraft and equipment maintenance requirements, operational priorities, and other circumstances beyond the School’s reasonable control. Accordingly, the School does not guarantee completion of the AST Program, or the issuance of any license, rating, endorsement, certification, or other training milestone, by any date requested by the Student or based upon the Student’s personal schedule or expectations.

The School will not modify, accelerate, prioritize, delay, or otherwise alter its operational schedule, instructor assignments, aircraft scheduling, equipment allocation, student scheduling, or training priorities to accommodate any Student’s requested completion date, personal schedule, employment, vacations, travel plans, deadlines, competitions, or other personal commitments. Likewise, the School will not alter the established training sequence or scheduling of other enrolled Students to accommodate the personal schedule or requested completion date of any individual Student.

The AST Program is conducted as a shared training environment involving multiple Students, instructors, aircraft, equipment, and operational resources. Students acknowledge that flexibility, cooperation, patience, professionalism, and respect for the School’s scheduling decisions, operational procedures, and instructional authority are essential conditions of participation in the AST Program.

To be eligible for enrollment in the EXILERATE℠ Advanced Skydive Training (AST) Program, an applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of enrollment, weigh no more than 220 pounds (100 kg) if male or 180 pounds (81 kg) if female, and be no taller than 6 feet 2 inches (188 cm). Applicants must be in good physical and mental condition, possess sufficient strength, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and range of motion to safely perform all required training exercises, emergency procedures, canopy flight, landings, and aircraft operations, and possess the ability to understand, read, write, and communicate proficiently in the English language, as all instruction, safety briefings, emergency procedures, educational materials, examinations, and radio communications are conducted exclusively in English. Applicants must successfully complete all enrollment documents, waivers, questionnaires, acknowledgments, and other documentation required by the School. The School may also require additional documentation or written medical clearance from a licensed physician before permitting an applicant or Student to begin or continue training. Applicants must also maintain sufficient flexibility in their personal schedule to accommodate weather delays, instructor availability, aircraft availability, equipment availability, operational requirements, and the scheduling needs of other enrolled Students.

Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the AST Program. Each applicant is evaluated individually based upon the School’s determination of the applicant’s ability to safely participate in the training program. The School reserves the right to deny enrollment, postpone training, suspend training, or discontinue training at any time if, in the sole judgment of the School, an applicant or Student is unable to safely participate in the AST Program, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, fails to maintain sufficient scheduling flexibility, engages in conduct that interferes with the School’s scheduling process or operational decisions, attempts to direct or influence the scheduling of other Students, refuses to follow instructions issued by USPA (Unites States Parachute Association) or instructional staff, demonstrates unsafe conduct or inadequate proficiency, is unable to understand or follow instructions, or has any physical, medical, psychological, communication, or other condition that may compromise the safety of the Student, instructors, other participants, aircraft operations, or the Drop Zone.

The Student acknowledges and agrees that all eligibility determinations, participation decisions, scheduling decisions, operational decisions, and safety determinations made by the School in reference with USPA, BSRs and FAA FARs and are based solely upon operational safety and risk management considerations and shall be final while operations are in progress.

The AST Enrollment Tuition shall be applied toward the total tuition for the EXILERATE℠ Advanced Skydive Training (AST) Program. The AST Enrollment Tuition, together with all applicable third-party booking, merchant processing, transaction, administrative, convenience, and other applicable fees, is strictly non-refundable. All sales are final.

Enrollment in the AST Program constitutes the Student’s acknowledgment that the Student either completed the recommended pre-enrollment consultation with the School or voluntarily elected to enroll without doing so and accepts all scheduling risks associated with that decision.

The Student further acknowledges and agrees that enrollment in the AST Program is made with the understanding that training progression is determined by safety, demonstrated proficiency, operational conditions, weather, instructor availability, aircraft availability, equipment availability, maintenance requirements, and overall training demands—not by the Student’s desired timeline, personal schedule, travel plans, employment, vacations, competitions, or other personal commitments.
